    Interesting to note they may be an indicator of termite presence. They sure do have an agressive stance and they move like the wind! Better check for termites…

    Sue — currently, I don’t think the house has termites, but there’s plenty in the soil around the yard, along with other yummies like ants! We’ve always found “sun-spiders” around the house, being the lightning-quick predators they are!

    no, I mean I’d better check; I see these from time to time in the house. ‘Course, there are lots of insects, inside and out, for them to scarf upon.

    Wouldn’t it be fun if the Road Runner came in an open door and checked for lard??
